Job Title:Treasury Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and financial covenants across the organization.
  • Coordinate debt facility drawdowns and repayments, ensuring timely compliance with loan conditions.
  • Review and optimize banking documentation to ensure uniformity across all group entities.
  • Support businesses in cross-border transactions, preparing relevant documents and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Resolve queries from banks and financial institutions, ensuring prompt completion of periodic filings.

Additional key tasks include:

  • Managing foreign bank balances and monitoring charge uniformity across subsidiaries.
  • Preparing daily deal summaries and sending import payments to banks.
  • Collecting data for hedging FX risk of foreign entities.
  • Providing regular MIS reports on treasury activities.

Key interfaces involve internal stakeholders such as the Sr. Manager Treasury, Group Treasury Head, and Finance Team, as well as external partners like banks, rating agencies, auditors, and consultants.
