Job Title: Treasury Compliance Specialist

Overview
The role of the Treasury Compliance Specialist is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance within the organization's treasury function. This involves providing expert guidance on various business structures and transactions, reviewing product and process notes, interacting with regulators, and coordinating on-site inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing expert advice on regulatory matters related to treasury operations.
  2. Conducting thorough reviews of product and process notes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Maintaining regular communication with regulators to clarify guidelines and obtain approval for business proposals.
  4. Coordinating on-site inspections and facilitating discussions with regulatory inspectors to address observations and finalize responses.
  5. Ensuring timely implementation of action points from latest regulations and communicating with stakeholders as needed.
  6. Preparing accurate and timely management information system (MIS) reports for top management review.
  7. Preparation and submission of compliance-related notes to the Board or Board-level committees.
  8. Advising on depository participant business and reporting to NSDL and CDSL.
