We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Associate to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design, architecture, or allied fields who is passionate about innovative design solutions and skilled in building strong client relationships.

  • Identify and connect with potential clients in the interior design and architecture sectors through targeted market research and outreach strategies.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that showcase your expertise and drive business results.
  • BUILD, MANAGE, AND NURTURE long-term client relationships through exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • ANALYZE market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to establish thought leadership and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that align with client needs and company goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and case studies that highlight success stories and promote brand awareness.
  • Collect client feedback and success stories to support promotional efforts and drive repeat business.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue) to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or furniture sectors.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities to uncover new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and drive business results.
  • Creative problem-solving approach to business challenges to drive innovation and growth.
  • Experience with design solutions or furniture-focused companies is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
