Key Responsibilities:

  2. Assess customer concerns and provide resolutions or direct them to relevant resources.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or provide additional support.
  4. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling time and first-call resolution.
