- Negotiation: Negotiating with travel vendors to secure the best rates and packages for clients, maximizing value and minimizing costs.
- Communication: Communicating effectively with clients about travel itineraries, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Educating clients on cancellation policies, refunds, and penalties, ensuring they understand their obligations and responsibilities.
- Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and cooperation.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular reports on budget use and spending, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting optimization strategies.
