The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, guest services, and maximizing the financial performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage front desk staff, ensuring excellent service standards and high levels of guest satisfaction.

• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient front office operations, including check-in and check-out processes.

• Analyze guest feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.

• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound financial and business decisions.
