Job Summary

The Front Office Team Leader is responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and ensuring that all guest needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of the Front Office Department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the department is running efficiently.
  • Assist in the training and development of Front Office staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, as well as a minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in hotel operations. You will also need to have strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
