**Job Title: Front Office Executive / Guest Relation Executive**
A Front Office Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring a positive first impression for guests or visitors to an organization. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Reception and Guest Services**:
Greet and welcome guests or visitors to the organization in a courteous and professional manner. Provide information, assistance, and directions to guests and answer their inquiries.
**2. Front Desk Management**:
Manage the front desk area, including maintaining a neat and organized appearance. Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages accurately.
**3. Check-In and Check-Out**:
Handle the check-in and check-out process for guests or visitors.Register guests, issue visitor badges, and provide necessary documentation.
**4. Appointment Scheduling**:
Schedule appointments and meetings for employees, executives, or clients. Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure availability.
**5. Administrative Support**:
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and mail handling. Support the organization with general office functions.

Monitor access control and security measures, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and the premises. Follow security procedures and emergency protocols.
**8. Complaint Handling**:
Address and resolve guest or visitor complaints and concerns, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
