We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage HR operations, driving strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and lead a team, setting clear goals and driving accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance.
  • Owning HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration.
  • Champion employee experience through office amenities and wellness programs.
  • Own culture-building strategy and execution, designing targeted initiatives to boost engagement.
  • Embed key organizational values through workshops and leadership forums.
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework, including salary cycles and incentives.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
