Human Resources Manager
Job Description:Our organization is looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our people operations team. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and building a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HR policies, performance reviews, and training programs. They will also ensure compliance with all Indian labor laws and be the point person for employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tackle the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and exit processes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: write job descriptions, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that boost morale and retention.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
- Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to guarantee legal compliance and clarity for employees.
- Generate HR reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and workforce analytics for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in India across major HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Able to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
- Experience designing effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Comfortable working in Pacific Time hours to align with global teams.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
