Human Resources Manager

We seek a seasoned Human Resources Manager to spearhead our company's human resources and administrative operations. As the HR Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the organization's success by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture.

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • Source and hire candidates across India through job portals.
    • Build talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support.
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Management & Engagement:
    • Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations.
    • Monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies.
    • Promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees.
    • Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
    • Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (eCommerce or Online Retail preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of job portals.
  • Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.
  • Ability to motivate teams, maintain confidentiality, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
