Job Title: Workday Time and Absence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled consultant to provide expertise in Workday Time and Absence implementations, transformations, and upgrades.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
  • Proven track record supporting global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence.
  • Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
