Workday Absence Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our team and play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Absence Management solutions for our partners.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating within project frameworks to plan, organize, and ensure governance setup;
  • Conducting workshops to identify, analyze, and specify absence management requirements;
  • Drafting functional specifications and configuring the Workday Absence Management module;
  • Maintaining progress and ensuring alignment with business needs;
  • Executing testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions;
  • Providing deployment support and user assistance during the transition to Workday Absence;
  • Delivering training sessions to users and contributing to change management initiatives;
  • Creating comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes;
  • Working closely with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of absence management processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration;
