Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, with experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking functionalities to enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
  • Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation, and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
  • Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  • Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
