Job Title: HCM Integration Specialist
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled HCM Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, prototyping, building, testing, and cutover integration activities during various phases of the project, meeting scope, quality, and timelines defined by program management.
This role involves coordinating development teams from different IT CoEs, including AMS Factory Services, for design, build, and test of applications in scope of the HCM Program. Key responsibilities include:
- Global Design Solutions Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including As-Is integration inventory, To-Be integration landscape, integration strategy, design, functional specifications, and test scripts.
- Integration Changes Resolution: Resolve required integration changes for applications in scope of the HCM Program.
- Design Expertise: Function as a focal point for integrations design topics and an expert for legacy and third-party (Non-Workday) applications in scope of the HCM Program.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- SAP ERP HCM
- Workday HCM
- Design skills
- Payroll Integrations Experience
