About Worldwide Amazon Stores

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the SVP Office for International Emerging Stores. This exciting opportunity requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action with strong ambiguity and show grace under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations.
  • Travel Coordination: Manage domestic and international travel.
  • Expense Report Submission: Manage expense report coordination and submission.
  • Event Planning: Organize, execute, and assist with Internal & External events (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, Int'l site visits, and customer-facing events).
  • Project Tracking: Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Leadership Support: Work closely with the leadership team and our business partners.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with other Assistants throughout the team and across the company.
  • Team Culture: Support a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Executive Assistant Experience: 5+ years of executive assistant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Process Improvement: Experience leading process improvements.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
  • Efficiency Design: Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
