About the Role


This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Associate at Maximiz Ai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently on a day-to-day basis.



Key Responsibilities



  • Providing technical and customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilizing analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Fluency in English language
