About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Associate at Maximiz Ai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical and customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Utilizing analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Fluency in English language
