Job Title: Sr HR Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr HR Associate to join our team at Alignity Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal hiring processes, including interviews and candidate engagement.
  • Ensure seamless on-boarding processes for new employees, including email ID creation, group additions, and orientation.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including KPIs and regular reviews.
  • Coordinate background verification processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and release offer letters, collect necessary documents, and ensure proper documentation management.
  • Manage time-off and attendance, including biometric reports and monthly statistics.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for financial process management, including AP, AR, TDS, GST, and PT payments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including coordination with legal firms and documentation management.
  • Process payroll, including attendance, LOPs, incentives, and employee referral amounts.
  • Ensure candidate experience, including hospitality amenities, surveys, and timely touchpoints.
  • Initiate monthly audits and share reports promptly.
  • Manage health insurance, including quotations, proposals, and claims.
  • Manage job boards, including inventory, proposals, and quality service provision.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a coordination or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
