Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team in Hyderabad. The position is a full-time role at a junior level, requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process and ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and advise prospective students on course selection, admission requirements, and financial aid processes.
  • Follow up with inquiries and applications through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Conduct presentations and webinars to provide information to potential students and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to streamline the admissions process and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student interactions and admissions processes.
  • Participate in outreach events and fairs to represent the institution and engage with potential students.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies and maintain the integrity of the admissions process.
