Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in the jewelry industry, combining excellent customer service and communication skills with in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front office area, ensuring a welcoming and orderly environment for customers.
  • Greet and assist customers, providing information and guidance on jewelry products.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and managing inventory.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of the jewelry industry, including current trends and products.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and client interactions.
  • Effective organizational skills for handling various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and software.
