HR Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Alignity Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring culture-fit hires within set timelines and budgets, coordinating interviews and engaging candidates effectively, and facilitating a seamless on-boarding process.
Key Responsibilities- Internal Hiring: Ensure culture-fit hires within set timelines and budgets.
- On-boarding: Create email IDs for new employees, ensure proper group additions, facilitate new hire orientation and transition, and update LinkedIn profiles and encourage Glassdoor reviews.
- Performance Management: Establish Clear Organizational Goals and Objectives, develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), implement Performance Measurement Tools, and conduct regular Performance Reviews.
- Background Verification (BGV) Coordination: Collect all required documents from candidates post final selection, initiate background verification processes, and follow up and ensure timely completion of interim and final reports.
- Documentation: Prepare and release single-page offer letters, collect all necessary documents, and prepare and release detailed offer letters.
- Time-Office Management: Collect biometric reports, prepare and share monthly statistics, and conduct monthly analysis and timely sharing of biometric report insights.
- Other Administrative Activities: Coordinate with RAD team to ensure proper infrastructure facilities, coordinate team dinners and other activities, and coordinate timely delivery of monthly snacks.
- Finance/Accounting: Coordinate with the accounting team, accounts payable (AP) coordination, accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups, TDS, GST, and PT payments, and validate and process reimbursements.
- Legal: Coordinate with legal firms, organize legal documents, search for additional legal firms, and manage upcoming legal tasks.
- Payroll: Ensure readiness of payroll details by the end of each month, calculate attendance, loss of pay (LOPs), and incentives, process employee referral amounts, deduct and file TDS and PT properly, and address employee grievances related to payroll.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience, arrange hospitality amenities, send surveys and maintain a rating of 4+, and conduct timely touchpoints with on-boarding candidates.
- Audit: Initiate monthly audits, share audit reports promptly, and conduct timely completion and sharing of audit reports.
- Health Insurance: Gather insurance quotations, negotiate and finalize proposals, manage monthly additions/deletions, and follow up on insurance claims.
- Job Boards: Share job board inventory, negotiate and finalize proposals, ensure quality service provision, and serve as a point of contact with job board representatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 3yrs + of Experience as HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
