Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist to join our team at Integreon. As a CRM specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and administering client and contact records within our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day CRM-related activities, including data verification, validation, and cleansing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and contacts within the CRM system and other databases.
  • Conduct secondary research using online databases to retrieve and validate client contact details.
  • Prepare reports and ad-hoc tasks as required or scheduled.
  • Respond to client emails and meet assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and company initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic research and analytical skills with an understanding of general research methodology.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills for word processing, spreadsheet analysis, and database management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
  • Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask.
  • Willingsness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience with contact database management and online research preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous office experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Integreon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
