Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Systems Specialist. The role involves ensuring the accuracy and usability of sales tools, primarily Salesforce, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between IT Development and business functions to drive system enhancements through business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment.
  • Resolve Tier 2 support requests for timely resolution of end-user issues.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy, and territory hierarchy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tier 2 tickets related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.
  • Drive all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction through timely follow-up, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for professionals with 9+ years of experience in system and tools support, with a strong background in Salesforce.

  • Salesforce certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, terminology, and best practices, particularly focusing on data security.
  • Proven hands-on experience with sales forecasting tools and supporting sales teams with system and tool enablement.
