Job Title: Timekeeping Systems Expert

Location: Prayagraj, India (Remote/Onsite, as applicable)

Contract: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operational support for healthcare timekeeping systems.
  • Configure shifts, leave policies, and time rules in Workday and ShiftWizard.
  • Troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and system rules.
  • Participate in audits, system upgrades, validation, and testing cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in timekeeping system support.
  • Familiarity with Workday Timekeeping and badge systems.
  • Prior experience with workforce scheduling tools preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced expert to provide comprehensive support for healthcare timekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Workday Timekeeping and badge systems such as Dormakaba/Kronos.

Schedule Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring shifts, leave policies, and time rules in Workday and ShiftWizard to ensure seamless scheduling operations. Additionally, they will troubleshoot user punch errors, clock integrations, and badge access issues using Dormakaba/Kronos.

Collaboration and Communication

The candidate will partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure accurate scheduling and time tracking. Effective communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will need to maintain detailed documentation for configurations and system rules.

Audit and Compliance

The selected candidate will participate in audits, system upgrades, validation, and testing cycles to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Prior experience with workforce scheduling tools is preferred but not required.
