The role involves providing project management expertise and support on predefined projects, including process-improvement and transformational projects, as well as project management support for client-based scientific service/publication projects.

  • Create comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand identity and target audience.
  • Curate engaging content (text, images, and videos) across multiple social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to optimize our brand's presence.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence without direct authority.
  • Establish efficient working relations with all internal & external key stakeholders.
  • Participate in project movement activities and support team initiatives & objectives.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and initiatives.

Operational Highlights:

  • Plan, execute, and manage deliveries for enterprises across industries.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects that meet/exceed quality standards.
  • Plan and monitor capacity utilization on projects and supply of talent accordingly.

Client Partnership Focus:

  • Build strong client relationships and identify their pain points and future needs.
  • Meet clients regularly and be a strategic partner via email and phone.
  • Work with both clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate projects from inception.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Skilled in networking and communication across diverse functions.
