**Job Title:** Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring and managing relationships with emerging corporate clients. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients with turnovers between Cr, conducting detailed credit and risk assessments, and offering a range of financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and onboard emerging corporate clients. Manage existing client relationships to ensure cross-sell, upsell, and deepening of wallet share. Build long-term engagement with promoters, CFOs, and other key decision-makers.
- Credit & Risk Evaluation: Conduct detailed credit assessments, including financial analysis and risk profiling. Prepare and present credit proposals to internal committees and monitor early warning signals.
- Product & Solution Delivery: Offer a wide range of financial products, including working capital loans, term loans, lease financing, etc. Ensure tailored solutions are aligned with client needs while adhering to company risk standards.
- Revenue & Portfolio Management: Deliver assigned business targets on AUM, revenue, NIMs, and fee income. Monitor portfolio health and ensure compliance with internal risk parameters.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) and external service providers to process loans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience: Client acquisition and relationship management for corporate clients.
- Credit and risk evaluation: Financial analysis and industry benchmarking.
- Financial knowledge: Working capital loans, term loans, structured finance.
- Business delivery: Ability to deliver business targets and manage portfolio health.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
