Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of branch operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Branch Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including account opening and maintenance, transaction processing, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of banking professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Audit and Compliance: Ensure that the branch is compliant with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures, and that any audit findings are addressed promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
