Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming schools through strategic planning, innovative solutions, and comprehensive support. We are seeking a results-driven individual with 5–8 years of experience in managing school partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of 50–60 schools, ensuring long-term institutional relationships.
  • Nurture strong professional bonds with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for assigned schools, including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback to inform future strategies.
  • Design and deliver orientation sessions, webinars, and events to enhance engagement and drive participation.
  • Maintain accurate school records in CRM systems and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by implementing strategies to encourage continued school participation over multiple years.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing within the education/EdTech sector.
  • Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred attributes include prior experience with EdTech programs, a strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network, ability to manage multiple school accounts, and willingness to travel locally/regionally when required.

Key performance indicators include the number of schools onboarded from existing networks, school retention rates, stakeholder satisfaction scores, and timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.
