This key leadership role oversees the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs, ensuring effective instructional delivery and improved student outcomes. By providing coaching, mentoring, and training to teachers, this position fosters a collaborative environment that promotes teacher growth and student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Plan Oversight: Review and monitor lesson plans from all teachers, aligning them with modern curriculum standards and providing timely feedback for improvement.
  • Teacher Support & Training: Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance lesson planning and instructional delivery, conducting follow-up workshops and training sessions as needed.
  • Classroom Observations: Conduct regular classroom observations to evaluate teaching effectiveness, sharing targeted feedback with teachers to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare academic performance reports for school leadership and maintain open communication to address challenges and track progress.
  • Academic Quality Assurance: Ensure the consistent implementation of approved teaching and learning strategies, identifying professional development needs based on observation data and lesson plan reviews.
