Education Support Specialist

School management and administration in small schools and micro schools are undergoing a significant transformation through intuitive, accessible, and impactful technology. Our platform is utilized by thousands of educators, students, and administrators every day.
As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated individual to take on the following responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for educators, school administrators, and tech coordinators seeking support and assistance
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests via email, chat, and occasional phone support, providing timely and effective solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues across web and mobile applications, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex issues, escalate bugs or feature requests, and improve internal processes and product functionality
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly help documentation and FAQs, ensuring that our users have easy access to the information they need
- Identify recurring issues and trends, analyzing data to inform process improvements and product enhancements
- Maintain a high CSAT score, delivering a seamless support experience to our users and fostering a culture of customer satisfaction
