Senior Gameplay Developer

About the Role:

At our studio, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Gameplay Developer to lead the development of gameplay and mechanics for our game.

  • We're looking for someone with a deep passion for gameplay programming, strong technical expertise, and experience guiding a team in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine, ensuring they align with the project's vision and objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, gameplay mechanics, and technical specifications.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development in Unreal Engine and game development practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Game Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of its core systems, Blueprints, and C++ programming.
