Generative AI Trainer

Job Description:

Emeritus is seeking a skilled trainer with expertise in Generative AI to lead an executive education program. As a Programme Leader, you will deliver live sessions and mentor participants on their capstone project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 17 live sessions (90 minutes each) over a 16-week period, scheduled for Saturday mornings.
  • Deliver advanced topics such as Transformer architectures, Diffusion models, VAEs, GANs, Multimodal models, and LangChain.
  • Mentor participants on their capstone project, providing implementation-focused feedback and industry perspective.
  • Support a cohort of global professionals in applying Generative AI concepts to real-world use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with NUS standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3–5 years working directly on Generative AI systems.
  • Deep practical expertise in building, fine-tuning, or deploying models like BERT, GPT, diffusion models, or text-to-image systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
  • Prior experience in technical training, executive education, or mentoring engineering teams is a MUST.
  • A postgraduate degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is desirable.
