Senior Project Architect

This is a well-placed role to drive India and global project delivery excellence.

The Senior Project Architect will be part of the founding core team, driving and managing the technical delivery of prestigious architectural projects.

  • Act as our client's architectural lead on projects maintaining day-to-day client project contact.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of our client's technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration.

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced architect who can demonstrate project leadership across all work stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor the project design programme.
  • Communicate resource needs to account managers and associates.
  • Create, update, and manage all project-related financials and resourcing data in the company's internal project management software.
  • Maintain the Project Quality Control System.
  • Monitor the financial performance and report back to account manager or responsible associate.
  • Lead the contract administration process and ensure our client meets its responsibilities.
  • Lead, motivate, support, and manage a team, demonstrating ability to get the best out of your team.
  • Mentor, encourage, and contribute to individual career development.
  • Inspire and promote our client's values within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).
  • Registered Architect in India.
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
