About our organization:

We are a rapidly growing company focused on developing sustainable energy solutions through the production of lithium-ion battery products.

Our goal is to establish India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells. To achieve this, we need skilled professionals to lead our Cell R&D organization in designing and developing NMC technology for various formats of battery cells produced in our Gigafactory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels of raw materials, assembly materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), and consumables on the shop floor as per the production plan.
  • Issuing materials from warehouses to production using various material handling equipment, such as Rail Guided Vehicles (RGV), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV), Forklifts, etc.
  • Allocating manpower for tasks like kitting, de-palletizing, palletizing, packing, material issuance, internal scrap movement, etc.
  • Ensuring zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including production planning, process teams, maintenance, quality control, IT contractors, and supply chain management, to meet business requirements.
  • Maintaining required entries and documentation in SAP as per standard operating procedures.
  • Adhering to established standards.
  • Issuing PPEs and consumables.
