Job Summary

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for driving financial excellence and operational efficiency within our organization.

As Assistant Manager, you will play a critical part in the success of our business by preparing detailed financial reports, managing budgets, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.

A key aspect of this job involves driving operational excellence and implementing digital solutions to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis of actuals versus budget to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Development of management dashboards and business presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Tracking accruals, days sales outstanding (DSO) projections, invoice logs, and petty cash to ensure accurate financial representation.
  • Budget Management:
  • Coordination of budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure effective financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Support cost and trend analysis across regions to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Management of volumetric data and assistance in cost proposals / change control recommendations.
  • Operational Support:
  • Support day-to-day operations and track performance via KPIs and governance dashboards.
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Site Leads) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintenance of accurate and timely documentation (SOPs, SOWs, RFQs).
  • Vendor & Contract Management:
  • Overseeing vendor contracts, negotiations, and compliance tracking to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Following up on open issues, ensuring documentation, and management of capital expenditures-related tasks.
  • Meeting Coordination & Documentation:
  • Drafting and maintaining meeting minutes for key meetings until closure.
  • Tracking escalations, resolutions, and status reports across stakeholders.
  • Digitalization & Automation:
  • Initiation and implementation of digitization efforts for data handling and reporting.
  • Maintenance of trackers and systems to ensure efficient information flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Analytical and Reporting Abilities:
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insightful reports to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools to support financial reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Detail-Oriented, Process-Driven, and Self-Motivated:
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to Work with Ambiguity and Complex Reporting Structures:
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
