Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead the financial operations of our India entity. This role offers a high level of ownership and visibility across financial reporting, compliance, ERP implementation, and strategic alignment with regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in line with Indian regulations and group standards.
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of ERP systems.
  • Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and regional teams.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency across the entity.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA required.
  • 6–9 years of finance experience, with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects; prior team supervision a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Indian tax laws, and ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a multinational context.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial data and drive informed decision-making.
