Job Description:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for retail and online segments.
    • Perform variance analysis, scenario planning, and KPI tracking to support strategic decisions.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cost control.
  • Business Partnering
    • Act as a finance business partner to sales, marketing, and operations teams.
    • Collaborate on pricing strategies, promotional planning, and inventory optimization.
    • Support expansion initiatives, including new store openings and digital platform investments.
  • Reporting & Compliance
    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Monitor and enforce internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
    • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits.
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
    • Monitor cash flow projections and working capital requirements.
    • Optimize inventory and receivables to improve cash conversion cycles.
  • Systems & Process Improvements
    • Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting and analytics.
    • Recommend and implement financial systems and tools as needed.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic financial leader to oversee financial operations and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong commercial mindset, capable of supporting profitability and operational excellence.

The successful candidate should have a Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification, with proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in retail or eCommerce sectors.
