Seeking an accomplished CFO to lead the company's financial strategy and direction. As a seasoned senior financial leader, you will play a vital role in shaping our financial future. With over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, you will provide strategic financial guidance and ensure the financial health and growth of our organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with our long-term goals and vision. This includes leading annual planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Manage relationships with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and maintain transparency over our financial performance.
  • Cash Flow & Capital Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain liquidity and support operational efficiency and growth. Manage banking relationships and treasury functions to ensure efficient deployment of funds.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate risk, credit risk, and cyber risk. Develop and implement internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard our assets.
  • Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and other executives, providing insights and recommendations for high-level business decisions. Manage relationships with investors, board members, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
  • Technology & Digital Transformation: Drive finance digitalization by identifying opportunities for system implementation and enhancement. Improve reporting systems, financial analytics, and process efficiency with a focus on automation.
Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance is required.
Experience
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles is essential. Proven track record in fund management, capital raising, and efficient capital allocation is also necessary.
  • Essential skills include financial acumen, deep understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to align financial plans with business goals and envision our company's long-term financial success.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate finance teams and collaborate effectively with other departments is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, with a proven track record of effective interaction with investors, board members, and senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex financial data and address financial challenges are necessary.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks is also required.
  • Regulatory compliance is essential, with thorough knowledge of relevant financial regulations.
  • Proven track record of financial system implementation, process improvement, and re-engineering, financial modeling, data analytics, etc. is desirable.
  • The CFO will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and work closely with the board of directors.
