Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Leader to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and managing financial reports, ensuring timely compliance with statutory regulations, and collaborating with tax consultants to address tax-related matters.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, MIS, and other reports on a regular basis for management, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely payment of TDS, Prof. Tax, PF, and periodic return filing. Prepare data for GST & TDS returns and make timely payments.
  • Tax Management: Coordinate with tax consultants and manage Direct & Indirect-tax audits, return filings, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities.
  • Audit and Compliance: Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations. Work on external and internal audit data requirements and address concerns raised by them.
  • Accounting Operations: Involved in day-to-day accounting and operations, including daily payouts/disbursements to borrowers.
  • Lending Operations: Involved in post-credit approval documentation, updating relevant trackers, and addressing borrower concerns/grievances.
  • Collaboration and Enhancement: Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance the LOS and LMS in accordance with business needs.
  • Policies and SOP: Periodically review policies and SOP based upon regulatory updates and internal operating changes.
