Senior Financial Leader Role

This is a high-level financial leadership role that requires excellent strategic planning, financial analysis, and management skills.

  • This position offers the opportunity to work with senior finance stakeholders and lead a team of professionals in FP&A and Business Partnering.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing long-term financial plans, providing strategic financial insights, and guidance to the business.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current regulations, including IFRS and UK GAAP, and experience in managing large teams and complex financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team, ensuring their development and performance.
  • Develop sound professional working relationships with Finance teams based in other geographies.
  • Be a key participant at weekly operational and monthly SLA meetings.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance with 15 to 20 years of Post Qualification Experience.
  • Proven ability to manage, guide & supervise a team of ~30 FTEs.
  • Excellent knowledge of core financial systems (Oracle Fusion – EPM) and general accounting procedures.
