Job Overview

The Training Officer plays a pivotal role in the onboarding and development of new hires. This position is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans to address the needs of different learning groups
  • Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to identify, screen and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality performance
  • Liaise with team members to understand their performance and provide guidance where needed

Taking ownership of new hires' performance during the OJT period, including attrition, is a critical aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to assess their progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and refine training materials
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including call monitoring and feedback
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition rates
