Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to support our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience responding and monitoring a globally deployed web application, with a strong understanding of system reliability engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and interpret dashboards to signal failures and problems in order to manage incident communication.
  • Be the main point of contact exhibiting great communication to the end customer and the incident commander.
  • Give frequent updates of the status of the incident to all parties.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with microservices that run on a Kubernetes background.
  • Familiarity with cloud providers – foundational understanding.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience responding and monitoring a globally deployed web application.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
