Infrastructure Investment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Investment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough analysis of new deal opportunities across the infrastructure landscape, considering nuanced market dynamics and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of new deal opportunities, evaluating their fit within our investment framework, and assessing risks.
  • Identifying and pursuing attractive investment opportunities aligned with our strategy, considering unique characteristics of infrastructure transactions.
  • Developing detailed financial models tailored to complexities of infrastructure investments, incorporating nuanced factors pertaining to debt, tax, etc.
  • Preparing comprehensive memos and investment proposals for review by senior management and investment committees, articulating unique aspects of each opportunity and proposing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitoring portfolio performance, undertaking timely reviews, and assessing risks, leveraging specialized tools and methodologies.
  • Staying abreast of market nuances, regulatory changes, and industry developments affecting the infrastructure sector, proactively adapting investment strategies and risk management practices accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure space within a buy-side or sell side environment with demonstrated understanding of sector-specific nuances.
  • Qualification – MBA from Tier 1 institutions, CA (Rankers preferred)
