Job Summary:

The Culinary Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food and beverage equipment is properly maintained, and that the kitchen team maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent waste and optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 34 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Working Conditions:
