Enterprise Data Consultant

At Avensys, we're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Data Consultant to join our team.

  • Design and implement end-to-end data models in SAP Datasphere, integrating with SAP and non-SAP sources using Data Provisioning and Federation tools.
  • Develop views and data layers using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA Cloud, understanding stakeholder data needs and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Implement data governance, security, and privacy using SAP Datasphere capabilities, developing dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud per business requirements.
  • Collaborate across IT, business analysts, and data architects to integrate SAP Datasphere with SAC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and external databases.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support, applying BDC techniques and implementing SAC planning scenarios and remediation for S/4HANA.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for professionals with:

  • Strong experience in SAP Datasphere: data modeling, spaces, and data flows.
  • Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud: story building, planning, live data connections.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA data sources.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and data integration.
  • Robust SQL skills and data transformation logic capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ideally an engineering graduate.
  • Technical ABAP experience including AMDP, CDS view creation, ODP, BAdIs.
  • Expertise in HANA-specific features like Calculation Views and fine-tuning function module extractors during migrations.
  • Knowledge of ADSOs (Advanced DataStore Objects), Composite Providers, and ODS Views.
