Job Title:

A Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in data transformation and visualizations is required to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience are preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced SQL knowledge for data querying, profiling, and transformation.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools for creating dashboards and reports.
  • Strong understanding of insurance industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable data specifications.
  • Perform in-depth data profiling and gap analysis to identify data quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Facilitate workshops and conduct user acceptance testing for analytical or reporting solutions.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and governance teams.
