Job Role:

Business Intelligence Developer

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's data-driven decision-making process. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop advanced data analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.
  • Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts, and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources.
  • Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Document, track, and manage defects using JIRA ensuring timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
