Data Architecture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Architecture Specialist to design, implement and manage scalable and secure data architecture that supports business needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the integration of diverse data sources, design robust ETL processes and build cloud-based data storage solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data modeling, integration and optimization, with expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services, SQL, data modeling tools, data integration architecture and ETL frameworks.

Suitable candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide detailed documentation of data architectures and schemas.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, as well as maintain a strong understanding of business requirements and data governance policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Modeling: Define data requirements, design logical and physical data models and ensure they align with application and business objectives.
  • Data Integration: Lead the integration of diverse data sources and design robust ETL processes to support data flow and quality.
  • Cloud Architectures: Build and optimize cloud-based data storage solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud platforms.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize data systems for scalability, security and efficiency across multiple environments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 9-14 years of experience in data modeling, integration and optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services, SQL, data modeling tools, data integration architecture, ETL frameworks and knowledge of NoSQL databases and relational databases.
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
