Job Overview

This is a high-impact role that involves working closely with our CEO on strategic initiatives. As a true business generalist, you will juggle multiple projects and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to drive results.

The role will involve solving cross-functional problems that require collaboration with different business functions. You will bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with Sales on revenue-generating initiatives - from identifying funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • Own and drive key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR - from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts - from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
