At a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to oversee end-to-end operations and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition for diverse roles, overseeing all aspects of the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Oversee lifecycle management, ensuring seamless transitions for employees throughout their employment journey.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, benefits, and statutory compliances, ensuring timely and accurate payment and adherence to regulations.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management while being approachable and responsive to employees' needs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4-7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, Operations, and Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational ability, with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms and other relevant tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
